Louie 2007-09-04 Customer Service:% Product Quality:% Delivery Time:% Site Usability:% Pricing:% Overall Satisfaction:%	Contacted Ultra Tire on 2007-09-04 Had breaks replaced 3 times on same vehicle at $150 a pop within a year's time. The manager "Bob" insisted that something must be wrong with the vehicle causing the breaks to ware down early. However after several trips to the garage his staff couldn't find the cause and he concluded that there must have been a problem with the initial installation by them. He told us to return to the garage in 1000 miles to see if the problem was still happening, and they would warranty the original work to cover the costs of replacement. We did come back, however since then the company moved locations and renamed to "JFA-Auto-Collision-and-Towing". Also "Bob" had left the company. The garage checked the vehicle and there was no problem, however even though the have the entire incident on file, they refuse to refund our costs as Bob had said they would.

If you have trouble dealing with a company, your best bet may be for you to contact the Better Business Bureau. Post your company complaints on boards like this one to help educate other consumers. You may also want to report bad companies that have deceptive practices to the FTC. Obviously if you find a company is doing a good job, then the best way for you to help the company is the spread the word!

Research companies yourself before doing business with them. It can save you much time, money, and most importantly leave you with a positive customer experience.
