	Fishy business at JFA Auto Collision and Towing
Louie 2007-09-04 Customer Service:% Product Quality:% Delivery Time:% Site Usability:% Pricing:% Overall Satisfaction:%	Contacted JFA Auto Collision and Towing on 2007-09-04 JFA Auto Collision is the new company name behind what used to be Ultra Tire. We had trouble with the company performing unnecessary and/or poor work to the car breaks. We had breaks replaced 3 times and they charged us every single time. They asked us to bring the car back several times so that they could try to prove that we somehow caused the premature damage to them, although the manager admitted strait out that properly installed breaks should last longer than 6 months and not need to be replaced. The original manager Bob actually admitted the company should be liable if the breaks were not properly installed, however he deceived us by telling us to come back to resolve the issue because he quit the next week. The new guy was Mike who worked under Bob at Ultra Tire and actually did the original work on the breaks. Mike checked the car (again) and said (again) that there was no problem with it, however he refused to warranty his original work on the breaks.

If you have trouble dealing with a company, your best bet may be for you to contact the Better Business Bureau. Post your company complaints on boards like this one to help educate other consumers. You may also want to report bad companies that have deceptive practices to the FTC. Obviously if you find a company is doing a good job, then the best way for you to help the company is the spread the word!

Research companies yourself before doing business with them. It can save you much time, money, and most importantly leave you with a positive customer experience.
