They have a good service and I was pleased with it. The interface is the best I've used yet. It is easy enough to manage multiple domains at a time. They provided webmail and pop3 mail which was what I needed. However they since they've started raising prices significantly for domains and email service, I started looking elsewhere. Their email only accounts cost as much as some complete hosting packages elsewhere. I have no gripes with them, they're just not as cheap as they used to be.

If you have trouble dealing with a company, your best bet may be for you to contact the Better Business Bureau. Post your company complaints on boards like this one to help educate other consumers. You may also want to report bad companies that have deceptive practices to the FTC. Obviously if you find a company is doing a good job, then the best way for you to help the company is the spread the word!

Research companies yourself before doing business with them. It can save you much time, money, and most importantly leave you with a positive customer experience.
