The site is good and so far I am satisfied. Most product information is available on the web site. Some products are not listed under obvious categories, so I sometimes have trouble finding products that I am looking for. The site has a few technical problems. Today I was unable to log into the account, it said I had the wrong login and the password reset didn't work either. When I tried again later it worked. Also I opted to open a Buy.com visa rewards card, however it did not get linked to my account at first, so it failed to accrue any points. I had to call customer support to properly setup the Visa Card.

If you have trouble dealing with a company, your best bet may be for you to contact the Better Business Bureau. Post your company complaints on boards like this one to help educate other consumers. You may also want to report bad companies that have deceptive practices to the FTC. Obviously if you find a company is doing a good job, then the best way for you to help the company is the spread the word!

Research companies yourself before doing business with them. It can save you much time, money, and most importantly leave you with a positive customer experience.
