Since it converted to ATT and then added YAHOO, service is not acceptable. There are frequent lock-ups caused by ATT-YAHOO that do not seem to be correctable. They even shut the service down over a recent weekend to "Improve" service - that worked for about three weeks and we are back to the same of repetitive fcailures again. They must have gotten a sweet deal with lots of AD money from YAHOO to permit such declining quality of service to continue. Complaints to the CEO get polite answers but problems do not get corrected. We will be finding a better provider.

If you have trouble dealing with a company, your best bet may be for you to contact the Better Business Bureau. Post your company complaints on boards like this one to help educate other consumers. You may also want to report bad companies that have deceptive practices to the FTC. Obviously if you find a company is doing a good job, then the best way for you to help the company is the spread the word!

Research companies yourself before doing business with them. It can save you much time, money, and most importantly leave you with a positive customer experience.
